As we look ahead to the new year, we have been looking at our prices having taken into account the many challenges that have faced over the last 12 months. Because of this, we have made the decision to increase our prices as of January 2022.
We understand that the need for a price increase can be confusing for some customers, particularly if you have been purchasing the same product from us for months or even years. In this case, we’re implementing the price increase to maintain the same high quality product that our customers have come to expect from us, while also being able to match higher operating costs and—most importantly—ensure our commitment as a business to our philosophy of “no compromise”.
As always, we will continue to ensure fair prices for everyone in our supply chain—from farmers to transporters, our goal is to make sure that everyone is paid sufficiently for their services. We are also dedicated to remaining plastic free, something that has always been extremely important to us, by ensuring that we only use packaging that is truly domestically biodegradable. Our commitments to continuing to be carbon neutral, minimising waste, and supporting reforestation and anti-deforestation are the tentpoles of our business.
