The figs are then soaked in the rum for at least 2 weeks. With sustainability in mind, Daisy got in touch as she knew it was such a shame to see these figs go to waste, we jumped at the chance.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe first process for us is to remove moisture and alcohol from the figs, we want to leave just the right amount of chew in the fruit.
