We roast, crack and winnow, grind, refine and conch the beans into chocolate, before aging it in giant blocks. We have a giant copper panner which is used to coat the chocolate around the outside of the nuts, in our factory full of incredible machines, this is one of the most striking. The nuts tumble around in the chocolate as it sets, leaving them polishing against each other to leave an even layer of chocolate around the nut.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey are finished with a dusting of our own pressed cocoa powder.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA wonderful alternative to a bottle of wine, perfect for sharing or snacking on yourself over a few sittings.
