Discover our curated selection of dark chocolate bars from four celebrated cocoa origins. Because cocoa is highly sensitive to soil, rainfall, and microclimate, beans from different regions develop vastly unique personalities. You’ll travel from The Solomon Islands to the Gola Rainforest, Peru to Thailand. In this collection, Asháninka features vibrant notes of green and red fruits, while Pilopaso offers a hint of raisin that melts into a warm, malty biscuit. The Gola Rainforest 70% provides a bold contrast with deep notes of bran flake, treacle, and a brownie finish. Finally, Doi Pui is so astonishingly smooth and creamy, it is hard to believe it’s an 80% cocoa bar. 

This whole box contains just two ingredients: cocoa beans and sugar. Balanced together to get the very best flavour profile from the beans.
