Again

Again, is a new range of chocolate bars made using surplus ingredients that otherwise would have gone to waste. Our food supply chain is broken, and we want to be part of a growing number of people showing that it doesn’t need to be.

We couldn’t be prouder to be launching this circular economy chocolate.

Don’t worry, we haven’t been rummaging in bins here, just stepping in before that point and working with partners to give new life to things they have finished with.

As with all Chocolarder products, this bar is completely plastic free and the cocoa can be traced back to farm level.

Croissant and Coffee

Using leftover breakfast croissants from Watergate Bay hotel, and reusing coffee grounds.

Rhubarb and Ginger

Saved from the bin via Wonki Collective, these ingredients have been processed into our chocolate

Orange Peel

Every week, the staff at Natoora squeeze gallons of fresh juice leaving the best bit: the peel!

Why Again?

Back in 2021 we launched our orange peel bar, taking wasted orange peel from our local beach café. We even did it as an Easter egg which made the press, but we realised that the food waste story was getting lost and people were buying it because it was good chocolate and orange. We knew we had to create a new identity for this bar to really show what you can do with food waste. So here we have it, Again by Chocolarder.

We’re launching with these three bars, but we have plenty more up our sleeves so watch this space.
