This really is very, very special.

How lovely to find craftspeople who care. This really is very, very special. I bought some as random Christmas presents, mainly just because of the ingredients, but found a lone bar left over only yesterday. I'm so glad I didn't give it away. A dry, not too sweet, snappy and aromatic delight with a pleasing 'clean' taste afterwards. Delightful. Thank you.
