Drinking Chocolate - The perfect cup
Drinking Chocolate.
A blend of powder and chocolate, all made in house. Here is a little more about how we make the powder ourselves, with our cocoa butter press.

Making the perfect cup!
A guide to how we make our drinking chocolate - three different methods.
Milk Frother Machine
Our drinking chocolate can be made in any milk frothing machines, from Nespresso, Dualit, company own brands and Velvetisers.
- Pop 20g of drinking chocolate, along with 200ml of milk or water of your choice into the machine.
- Press go and watch the magic happen!
- Remember to give the machine a good clean afterwards - we find this much easier straight after you serve.
Pan and Whisk
We can get carried away with fancy gadgets these days, you can always make your drinking chocolate on the hob.
- pop 20g of drinking chocolate and 200ml of milk or water of your choice into the pan.
- Stir constantly to stop the milk or chocolate catching - with a whisk, hand frother or spoon.
Steam Wand
We're giving two methods as we know some people like to get a little latte art on there!
- pop 20g of drinking chocolate into your mug, cover with boiling water. Froth the milk of your choice in your milk jug. Stir the water and drinking chocolate and water in the mug and keep stirring as you add your milk.
OR
- pop 20g of drinking chocolate into the jug with a little boiling water, stir into a paste and add 200ml of milk, steam as you would your milk, ensuring you keep slowly moving the jug around to mix as the chocolate melts. Take off at around 63/64 centigrade.
