Subscription Terms

How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe to a Chocolarder product, you'll receive it automatically at your chosen frequency until you choose to pause or cancel.

Billing

Your payment method is charged at the point each order is placed. You'll receive an email notification before each renewal so you're never surprised by a charge.

Discount

A small discount is applied to subscription orders through your chosen subscription plan. This discount applies to the product price only and does not stack with other automatic discounts or promotional codes unless otherwise stated.

Pausing Your Subscription

You can pause your subscription at any time from your customer account. A paused subscription will not generate new orders until you resume it.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account, with no minimum commitment. Cancellation takes effect immediately and no further orders will be placed.

Changes to Your Subscription

You can update your delivery address, payment method, or frequency from your customer account. Changes take effect on your next renewal.
